Who’s Big? Friendly? And does Gutters? Big Friendly Gutters of course. We had the pleasure of working with Brent Ezzard, a passionate business owner looking to move to Kamloops to start his own business replacing, repairing, and installing gutters. From the beginning, Brent understood the importance of building a consistent brand identity strategy which would exude the essence of the business and the special focus on customer service. Having everything roll out strategically and cohesively made sense to him as doing this gives your potential customer the confidence that you’re on your “A Game” and you know what you’re doing.
